A three-course candlelit dinner. The menu is pre-selected based on their food preferences.

The Activity

Pottery, paint & sip, or a sunset walk — chosen based on their personality. Our photographer captures it all.

Dessert & Memories

A dessert plate arrives with a special message. 5 printed polaroids handed over on the spot.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 3–5 days before the date. For the Fairytale plan, 7–10 days is ideal. Last-minute (under 48 hours) is sometimes possible — WhatsApp us directly.
Do I pay the full amount upfront?
+
We take a 50% advance on confirmation. The remaining 50% is due 24 hours before the date. Full refund if we can't deliver — no questions asked.
Can I customise the plan?

Absolutely. You can swap the café, add a specific gift, request a particular activity, or modify the timeline. Just mention it in the special notes field.
Does my partner know it's planned by DateCraft?
+
Only if you want them to. We operate completely behind the scenes. Everything looks like you planned it yourself. We'll even coach you on what to say if they ask.
What if my partner doesn't like the venue?
+
You approve the venue before we confirm it. We send 2–3 shortlisted options — you pick one, we book it. Nothing is finalised without your sign-off.
Do you operate outside Bengaluru?
+
Currently Bengaluru-only — Koramangala, Indiranagar, HSR, Whitefield, Jayanagar, and surrounding areas. Mumbai and Pune coming in Q3 2025.
